My stay at SO/ Sofitel Hua Hin was wonderful and truly memorable. The resort is beautiful, the room was stylish and comfortable, and everything was perfectly maintained. What stood out the most was the exceptional staff—warm, attentive, and always helpful, making the experience seamless and enjoyable. Great food, excellent service, and a relaxing atmosphere. I would happily return again.

Wonderful stay with family and friends. Cosy room nice and clean. New long beach. Very beautiful in the morning. Breakfast is great, delicious and variety. K. Ton , K kae and K noi are very helpful and good service. Highly recommended for vacation.

We are looking for a family vacation with kids friendly resort in mind. My husband came across this and from the pictures and upon looking up the reviews, I immediately booked this hotel. It was a very forward looking trip. The check in was smooth but the front desk needs to be more attentive. They were serving other guests but when done, I was not greeted but have to tell them that I am checking in. We were assigned to the highest floor which is not ideal due to we have 2 kids and there are a-lot of climbing to do. The hotel only has stairs. The room is huge and has it’s own unique style which you don’t see it in other resort. The bathroom is huge but I don’t like the design AT ALL. It has a bathtub, a huge overhead shower on the ceiling which there is no way for you to shower your body only. The toilet is just beside the overhead shower and you literally can’t get in when there is someone showering and the floor is extremely slippery after shower. A unique design but not practical. We had an extremely bad experience that the water did not deliver after hours of waiting, we then asked for other things and encountered the same. Apparently it’s impossible to get things delivered. Its get better the 2nd day after I feedback to the front desk. I would like to commend the team for making an action to apologies immediately of the unpleasant experience we faced. Kids love the pool but the water is just too cold! Restaurants are all great! We tried both of the restaurants and it really serves good food! All the staff are great! Breakfast spread was excellent! We stayed for 4 nights and still able to cope with the variety! Breakfast is definitely the highlight during the vacation! During the stay, we just realised it is a pet friendly hotel and I think the pets are allowed to stay in the room too. Just for the other guests to take note.
