Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay at ibis Hua Hin. I sincerely regret that your experience did not meet your expectations, and I would like to extend my deepest apologies for any disappointment caused. I have carefully reviewed your comments, and while we always welcome constructive feedback, I would also like to acknowledge the dedication of our housekeeping team, who work diligently to maintain cleanliness. A completely dirty room should not have been possible, but I do recognize that certain areas of the hotel may appear aged, and we take full responsibility for that. Regarding the carpets and upholstery, while they may appear worn, they are cleaned regularly and have never been neglected. However, we are reviewing ways to enhance the overall condition of our facilities. Regarding the shuttle service, I would like to reiterate that we have not provided this service for more than five years. As a repeating guest, we have previously clarified this with you during your past stays. We understand that transportation convenience is important, and while we do not offer a shuttle, we will take your feedback into account when evaluating ways to enhance guest accessibility in the future. As for your comments about our staff, I must respectfully address the perception regarding mobile phone usage. In today’s hospitality industry, technology plays a crucial role in enhancing guest services. Our team often uses mobile devices to look up information, communicate with guests, and handle operational tasks more efficiently. However, we do understand that staff presence and attentiveness are key factors in guest satisfaction, and we will reinforce service standards to ensure a more engaging and responsive experience for all our guests. In terms of food quality, we appreciate your honest feedback. We work closely with a certified nutritionist to ensure that our breakfast offerings meet reasonable standards. While we continuously strive to balance quality, variety, and affordability, we acknowledge that individual preferences may vary. We will review our menu selection and service procedures to improve the overall dining experience. For this stay, we fully accept and appreciate all your feedback, as it serves as a valuable lesson for us. Pleasant stay here at Ibis Hua Hin Pleasant solo trip here in Hua Hin. I was supposed to stay at So Hua Hin. But decided that driving 1 hour into town everything I wanted to be in central Hua Hin didn't make sense. The room is clean and tidy and typical Ibis. I was upgraded as a Platinum member and got a nice platter of fruits as a welcome gift. Car park was not full during my stay and that allowed me to park near the entrance daily. Hotel is very close to BluPort and you're essentially in the centre of Hua Hin. Breakfast is standard Ibis with no complains due to the pricing. Overall a clean a good stay here at Ibis Hua Hin.
