We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the high occupancy, the inability to use the pool, the discomfort in the room, and the issues with the air conditioning, as well as the cramped space in the bathroom. Dear Valued Guest, Thank you very much for your recent stay at Ibis Hua Hin. We truly appreciate your visit and your feedback. While we were pleased to have you stay with us, we are disappointed to hear that you encountered difficulties with parking upon your arrival and experienced a misunderstanding regarding the billing of your food order. Although we offer parking on a first-come, first-served basis, we understand that it can be challenging, especially during busy weekends when many cars are present. Please know that we value your patronage, and to accommodate all our guests, we provide an overflow parking area just 150 meters from the hotel. If needed, our staff can guide you to this parking area after you check in. Regarding the misunderstanding with the food billing, we sincerely apologize for the confusion. This is not reflective of our usual service standards, and we will take steps to ensure such an issue does not happen again. We apologize for any inconvenience these matters may have caused and thank you once again for choosing to stay with us. We look forward to welcoming you back in the future.
