Great place stay, we stayed 3 days a bit of luxurynd went to all we could. Wonderful place to stay.

Nice place to lay your head, the cabins are really nice, like every place we have stayed there are things that we don't like, but here you will be hard pressed to find a fault. Yes it is expensive but only one other place to stay. Huge nearly all day restaurant, drinks bar breakfast. TIP bring cutlery and plates and bowls as none proved in cabins. Guess they expect you to eat in restaurant for breakfast and sandwich for lunch ate in restaurant for tea, (dinner). You have free laundry if in cabins, filtered water on tap. Great job guys

Noisy, expensive and not worth it

We stayed in the caravan park and by far the very most expensive and worst place we have stayed on our trip. We were placed just next to the kitchen where an international party is going on with screaming, noise, music, cooking very late in the evening etc. People around us are trying to sleep with no luck and several cars have now left in the middle of the night because of the noise. . We cannot understand how this site can cost 74 AUD (!) which is much more expensive compared to much much better and more cozy campsites in Kakadu. It should be free. Cannon recommend and will NEVER go back.

Absolutely wonderful. Stayed in Green Ant, a beautifully appointed luxury tent (best ‘camping’ I’ve ever done with king bed, ensuite and kitchen!) overlooking bush with bath on deck to relax in while star gazing. Michaela so welcoming and special wine, chocolates and presents on arrival for my partners birthday. Amazing dawn boat trip amongst wildlife with Adam, so knowledgeable and entertaining, stargazing trip at night and swims in pool during the day. Food delicious at Mimi’s. We will definitely visit again in the wet next time to experience the different seasons.

Our stay at Cooinda Lodge was excellent - my only regret is that we didn’t stay for at least 2 nights. On arrival our receptionist was very friendly and offered lots of advice. The Lodge room was well appointed and very comfortable. The lagoon pool was so refreshing after a long drive and the private billabong was an added bonus. Dinner and breakfast were very good; and the icing on the cake was the early morning billabong tour of Yellow Water, with a fabulous informative and highly entertaining guide. It’s definitely pricey to stay there but it was relaxing and the grounds are beautiful. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. No wifi - but that was an added bonus and seemed in keeping for a trip to Kakadu.

We stayed in resort, room was spacious and clean, towels provided for the pool as well as the bathroom. We didn't eat at restaurant, but had a beer and chips which was good. Facilities were great. Tents looked good and had great facilities too.
