Above average for an Ibis. Easy to find local food. Smooth check-in n check-out process, well-trained staff I guess. Clean sheets n towels, the restaurant attendant was very friendly. Got everything I need for my business trip

staffs: no security at lobby entrance when i came, front desk staff seemed new and required more proper Training, breakfast staffs were great. duty manager Was great and even took the time to WA me. room: average ibis room, bed sheet was stained. breakfast: great breakfast variety because of a combo with grand mercure, but was too packed because of an event when i stayed. foods were average. parking: a bit limited at basement, directions were a bit confusing as well. overall an unexpected stay, plus the fact that a big Event occured that day made the stay unpleasant because elevators were all super packed and smelly.

Thanks to Pak Nuri and Ibu Fitri for helping us book the room. The staff are friendly and super helpful. Room are shining, really clean, bathroom amenities available. Location are great, nearby Lippo Mall. Manika sleep really well. Will stay here again, soon!! Thank youuu!!

the bed is very comfortable and the air conditioning in the room feels cold. I felt comfortable while in the hotel because the staff who work there are very friendly. the place is very strategic because it is close to the mall and the shopping center

I arrived very late and found fresh amenities set in my room with my family picture on the greeting card. My kids were so excited to see their picture and name written on the card, very personalized. They love and finish the sweet treats too. We slept very well after our trip during the day, the bed was so comfortable. The room was clean and we got everything that we needed, the unique bathroom made my kids curious and cut the drama over bath time for them. We used to think that Ibis is for backpacker, in fact, as I traveled with 2 kids and brought many stuff, the room layout is perfect for me to store our stuff on the shelves, the sink at the bathroom fits for my kids (not to high and not too big), so they can use them without my help, and the bed size also fits for the three of us. Breakfast at Grand Mercure in the morning was the best after hotel hopping with my kids for the past couple of days, my daughter finally had proper breakfast like she used to. Kudos to the team and Arifin who leads them, every touch point with the team reflected how they are nurtured with passion.
