The hotel has a very pleasant atmosphere and maintains high standards of cleanliness and hospitality. The front office trainee was polite, well-groomed, and professional in behavior. They welcomed guests with a smile, handled enquiries confidently, and followed proper front office procedures. Overall, the service was smooth and guest-friendly. It was a good learning experience and reflects quality training☺️

Second time within 10 months... What a disappointment! I had to clean the room by myself, called front desk, wasn't solved. Have smart TV, but smart TV doesn't connect Youtube and Netflix. Shower is great though. Breakfast has declined quality, Manager Wahtsapp number which was always available to check stuff, nobody respond on time and most of the times don't asnwer... Not sure what else to say... Not coming back, sorry!

A nice hotel located on a busy road, accessible by foot to/ from YMCA. Quite lobby and comfortable and clean rooms.

Beautiful hotel nice room , the rooftop restaurant and bar were great and the pool is beautiful there is also a nice gym . The workers are really nice
