C’était mon deuxième séjour à l’hôtel Novotel Chamiers Road. Du check-in au check-out, tout s’est déroulé sans encombre. L’équipe de la réception, sous la direction efficace de Mme Khushboo Sondhi, Responsable des relations clients, a su répondre à tous mes besoins et rendre mon séjour professionnel agréable. Le personnel incarne parfaitement les valeurs des marques All Accor et Novotel. À l’attention des futurs clients : des travaux routiers sont en cours dans toute la ville de Chennai, et de nombreuses rues sont devenues à sens unique. L’accès à l’hôtel peut donc s’avérer compliqué et fatigant. Il est conseillé de prévoir un temps supplémentaire pour tout déplacement au départ de l’hôtel. Si vous envisagez d’utiliser le service de location de voiture de l’hôtel, je vous recommande de bien préciser à la réception que vous souhaitez un chauffeur professionnel, discret et respectueux, qui ne cherche pas à établir de conversations personnelles sous couvert de sympathie. Lors de ma première visite, j’avais eu une très mauvaise expérience avec un chauffeur, ce qui m’avait conduit à déposer une réclamation détaillée. Cette fois-ci, grâce à l’attention du personnel, j’ai eu un chauffeur respectueux du protocole de service. Bref, communiquez clairement vos attentes et vos besoins à l'équipe dès votre arrivée ou même avant afin d'éviter toute déception.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut und sehr sauber,auch die Personal sind sehr freundlich. Eine erstaunliche Aussicht an Terrasse.sehr angenehm. Die Preise an Bar sind ein bisschen etwas teuer..ansonsten alles gut..ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen..

Moderne Zimmer modernes Bad ! Angenehm und zum wohl fühlen aber es dürfte etwas sauberer sein. Schönes Restaurant mit offener Küche. Das Buffet war schön präsentiert! Wir wollten zum Dinner im Restaurant. Wir bestellten einen Wein zum Essen der auf dem Menü angeboten wurde. Seltsamerweise durften wir laut Manager den Wein nicht am Tisch im Restaurant konsumieren. Wir sollten im Separée an einem Tisch der für 20 Personen gedacht war unser Abendessen mit Wein einnehmen. Eine Begründung für dieses seltsame Verhalten haben wir nicht erhalten. Wir haben daraufhin entschieden in ein anderes Restaurant zu gehen.
