Большой номер, ежедневная уборка, лично нам не хватило полок для одежды и шкафа. В остальном было все отлично. Хорошие завтраки, ресторан с очень вкусными блюдами, напитками

После реновации все как то ухудшилось. Какие то новые правила по депозиту в 50 евро. С завтрака убрали просеко и имбиревые шоты. Как то все не по серьезному.

Regarding the breakfast offering, we regret that some items were not available during your visit. Due to high occupancy and a large number of guests attending breakfast at the same time, we occasionally face challenges in keeping all selections fully replenished at peak moments. Please rest assured that we are actively working with our team to improve replenishment flow and overall consistency of the breakfast experience. Regarding the €50 pre-authorisation, this is a standard procedure implemented by the hotel to cover any incidental charges during the stay. The amount is only pre-authorised and not charged, and it is automatically released after check-out if no additional expenses are incurred. We appreciate your honest comments, as they help us identify areas where we can do better. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again and provide a smoother and more enjoyable experience. Очень разочарована пребыванием в этом отеле, очень тёмный номер дали, хотя бы спросили при заселении с окном без окна, ещё порезала руку до крови в душе о ручку душа с которой облупливается металл.
