At the same time, we sincerely regret that your breakfast experience did not meet expectations. Please note that during peak hours the restaurant may become busy; however, this should not affect the availability of plates, cutlery, or food items. Our team is expected to continuously monitor and replenish the buffet. Your comments have been shared with the restaurant team for immediate review and corrective action. Regarding your request, we are sorry if the response did not meet the level of service you expected. This is not in line with our standards, and we will address this internally to ensure a more attentive approach in the future. Dear Olga! Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the smell of cleaning products in the room caused discomfort during your stay. Our housekeeping team uses professional cleaning materials to maintain proper hygiene standards, but we understand that strong scents can sometimes be unpleasant. Your comment will be shared with our housekeeping team for review. Regarding the minibar, in some rooms it may be secured. However, upon guest request our team is always happy to open the minibar and assist with anything needed during the stay. Please feel free to contact reception at any time, and we will gladly help.
