Dear Eunseo K., First of all, please accept our sincere and deepest apologies for the very disappointing experience you had during your stay with us. We are truly sorry that we did not meet your expectations in several fundamental aspects. We deeply regret the lack of soundproofing, which clearly affected your rest, as well as the poor Wi-Fi performance, which is absolutely not the level of service we aim to provide. Your comments regarding connectivity have been shared with our technical team for immediate review and improvement. We are especially concerned and truly sorry about the serious incident related to room assignment and key access. This situation should never occur, and we fully understand how unsafe and uncomfortable this must have made you feel. Please be assured that this matter has been addressed internally with our reception team to ensure it does not happen again. Regarding breakfast, we apologize for the slow replenishment of items despite the quality of the food. Your feedback highlights staffing and service timing issues that we are actively working to improve. Once again, we are very sorry for the inconvenience and frustration caused.
