방 안 시설은 괜찮음. 그런데 방음이 전혀 되지 않아 옆방에서 대화하는 소리가 고스란히 들림 (시끄럽게 소리지르는 소리도 아니도, 일상적인 대화임). 옆방에서 의자 끄는 소리, 창문 여는 소리, 헤어 드라이기 사용하는 소리, 하다못해 변기 뚜껑 여는 소리까지 들려서 잠을 못 잠. 그리고 와이파이는 내가 스페인 와서 사용한 모든 와이파이 중 최악. 그냥 호텔 와이파이 사용한 상태로는 인터넷 서치조차 하기 어렵고, sns나 동영상 시청 등은 꿈도 꿀 수 없었음. 하다못해 공항 와이파이나 alsa 버스 와이파이가 여기보다 나아서, 상시로 모바일 데이터를 켜야 할 정도였음. 숙박 2일차에 모르는 여성이 내가 묵고 있던 방에 문을 열고 들어옴. 리셉션 측에서 체크인할 때 내가 이미 숙박 중인 룸을 다른 손님한테 배정한 건데, 이후 우리 카드키도 사용하지 못하게 됨. 그러나 내가 리셉션에 직접 찾아가서 항의할 때까지 리셉션 측은 이 문제를 알고 있었는데도 따로 연락하거나 사과하지 않음. 그 날 저녁에도 모르는 사람이 우리 방 문을 열려고 시도했었는데, 수동으로 잠가 놔서 들어오지는 못했지만, 이 호텔에서 숙박하는게 더이상 안전하게 느껴지지 않았음. 조식은 맛은 괜찮았는데 다 떨어진 메뉴를 리필하는 속도가 너무 느림. 먹고 싶은 메뉴가 다 떨어졌는데 20분이 기다려도 리필하지 않아서 그냥 포기함. 전반적인 서비스 인원 부족 같음.

쥬니어스윗룸 화장실이 쓸데없이 크고 문이 불편함. 소리가 밖으로 다 세어나가는 것도 진짜 개선되어야 함. 와이파이가 너무 느려서 그냥 로밍 씀. 그런데 직원분들이 너무 다 친절하심. 체크인, 체크아웃, 주차안내, 짐가방 보관 등 모든 서비스에서 친절하고 상냥하다는 인상을 받았음. 호텔의 소소한 불편들에도 불구하고 주변에 추천하고 싶은 친절함이었음. 덕분에 마드리드 인상이 좋아짐.
