What an incredible experience. We came in for a last minute massage and they were incredibly accommodating for us. The spa was clean and lovely and so relaxing. The services were phenomenal. Some of the best massages we have had from Leticia and Cindy. Daniel was so helpful and delightful. We would come back every visit for even more services.

Excellent service from Mai & Alexis at the spa & pool, The drinks were great & the guacamole was fantastic. The view it’s incredible. Such a hot spot in Mexico City, I would definitely recommend it to anyone that ask me for a spa & chill day. The installations are great.

Noelia was the best when it came to service in the Le Gouter event

I was there for the Guerlain x Sofitel Le Gouter event. Noelia was amazing and made the experience memorable. She was attentive and explained the heritage of Sofitel. I would go back to Sofitel to stay or for another one of their events. One of the best hotels on Reforma.

Family Time for Spring Break

2nd stay at this amazing property. I can’t say or write enough good things about this place! This time was with my adult teenagers and we had club level access. I was simply stunned again with the friendliness of the staff starting at the parking lane (Jose remembered us from Day 1), to the concierge staff and the lounge attendants. (Natalia was one of the friendliest people I have ever met). Not one person on the staff ever ignored us or failed to say hello and see if we needed anything. I have never stayed at a property anywhere in the world with this level of service and commitment to guest happiness. The room was perfect for the 3 of us and ready on our arrival. The food options are fantastic. The view from the rooftop while enjoying a cocktail, who could ask for more. If you are having any doubts about staying here, please don’t you will be extremely happy!

The level of care and preparation in each dish is shocking. From the creatively flavorful moles and cocktails to the perfectly cooked kampachi, you’ll find at Bajel a memorable meal and an exquisite taste of Mexican cuisine. Raymundo’s attention was excellent.
