It's my first experience at a Pullman hotel and Weifang Pullman. The overall experience was good. Room is comfortable and clean. The hotel feels well maintained. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I always receive warm welcome from them. The improvement areas needed are restaurant and gym. I had breakfasts and dinners at the 1st floor restaurant several times. It can have some improvement in food variety and quality. Gym is small, by western standard, and equipment is dated. Suggest to upgrade those dated equipment.

The hotel is excellently located and service is very courteous and attentive. The air conditioner never seemed to work properly and the room was hot and stuffy. The floors had stains on them that seemed to be superficial and able to be properly cleaned without much effort

Stay here on a regular basis, western food needs to improve

2-week stay at Pullman Weifang

I arrived on July 16th at 4AM and Lily Li helped with my checked in. Thru out the 2-week period Lily helped me a few times and she treated me with courtesy and professionalism. Lily was great. Thank you, Lily. Also, during my 2-week stay I've requested no housekeeping/laundry/room service. However, the housekeeping ladies were nice enough to check-in with me and offered to drop off additional bottled water. Thank you. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and a place I would stay with again. A big thank you to Lily and the housekeeping ladies. Service: 1. I believe in conservation. I think the hotel should have policy in place to encourage those who decline housekeeping/laundry and supplement those who choose this option with something nice (free room service or redeemable codes to the vending machine for snacks)... 2. I was really hungry when I checked in at 3AM. It would be nice to have a vending machine that offered, say, bowls of instant ramen, so the guest can heat up some water in their room and feed themselves. 3. WiFi was disappointing. As a foreign traveler I depend on excellent WiFi at both place of work and hotel but Wifi was slow and sluggish. Room: 1. The shower in room 1502 needs re-caulking. I can see missing caulking in the shower area and over time this can create serious damage. Regards, Roy META EE TPM
