we were a group of 8 people staying at your hotel. because of the group work we have to work at your executive lounge everyday very late. your three assistance Flora, Abby and another girl worked everyday over time. we apricate very much for the convenient they made for us. I'm a platinum member at Marriott group and Diamond member at Hilton group. at moment I'm a silver member at Accor group. I hope next time you can upgrade me to a suite as Marriott and Hilton always did for me. many thanks. we would like to have an agreement with your hotel.

Overall ok I would say the food quality went better from my last visit if I just compare the salmon stake. Also for pasta it can be improved a lot. Recommend to have a foreign chef to keep the authentic taste.

This stay was different from my previous stays at the Pullman Weifang. In previous stays there was a plate of fruit or cookies placed in my room and small gifts. I received no of those this time. The door in my shower did not shut all the way which always meant a soaked floor even if I was careful about the direction of spray of the shower. The bath salts were never refreshed after I used them my first night. The experience really regressed from my previous experiences. Since I recently was awarded Silver status I expected more. The good news is that the service in the Executive Lounge continues to be very good. The food is not so great but I enjoy the service.

Due to work I stayed in Pullman Weifang over 60 nights this year. Overall, I think the hotel is good on its services. The staff could remember my name, put my special billing request on the notes and always follow it. I think the facility could be better. I barely go to lounge recently as I don't think anything attract me, the entire theme of lounge does not look like a 5 stars hotel for me, compare to others. I was using Gym a lot, almost everyday. However, I found the treadmill has problem on its incline function.

the stay was very nice. The room was too warm, but the staff supplied a fan and i was very comfortable. I forgot my saline (solution for contact lenses) and Flora Liu in the lounge was very helpful and worked hard to find me a place close to the hotel that i could buy it. She send me the address and the name of the product in Chinese, so when i went to the shop it was very easy to purchase. She was wonderful and made my stay even more pleasant.
