Bed is made from 2 twin size mattress. Not comfortable, especially when sleep in the middle.

Pullman in Weifang at new year

I decided to stay in the Pullman for the new year as I am a Platinum member of Accor and have been unable due to covid to travel as usual. The breakfast on both mornings was cold and though staff were in abundance, nobody made themselves available to cook hot food. The breakfast room was also not warm and guests noticeably kept their coats on. In the evening of new years eve I visited the bar as the restaurant closed at 20:00. Food was available and bottled beer but the bar was closed at 23:00, no music, no entertainment, no ability to witness the new year - I went to bed. 2 nights of a drone from the heating system did not help. I will not visit again.

I ordered room service for Salmon two nights and found the size was incredibly small in the first night. When I complained immediately, I got a complementary one. Hopefully, room service food can maintain a good and stable quality.

Poor staff training

Example 1: Ordered room service for lunch and dinner. 1. Waiter did not request for permission to enter my room. Just barged in once I opened the door. 2. Did not ask my preference on where to place the meal. 3. Handed me the signing sheet without saying a word. 4. RUDE! Did not utter a single word for the whole experience. Example 2: Breakfast I complained that the lemon water tasted very bitter and told the staff to try it themselves. The waitress just acknowledged my statement and did not do anything. The bitter tasting water was still there once I’ve finished my meal.

Good location, close to WanDa Plaza. The newly opened 'Germany Restaurant' on the first floor need more improvements. Food is not authentic. No king bed.

- I booked non-smoking room. But they provided smoking room this week. - No alcohol pad or alcohol-based hand sanitizer provided. - Nobody helps to open the car door and take luggage at lobby gate. They only standing there and watching. - I travelled quite a lot and frequently stay at Weifang Pullman recently. I always want to sleep on hard bed. I have to ask them every time to change to bad bed after checking in. And they forgot to change it sometimes even I called them in advanced.

Surprised that reception only got one room booking not two rooms I have booked with accorhotels website. Anyway they gave two rooms after some time. My room was just in front of the lift that I do not like. Otherwise, the room and rest are good as usual.

1. When I first check-in last week, room water supply is dirty and yellow even after 5min purge, not sure what happened. 2. Since 1 or 2 wks ago, breakfast place cancelled tea-bags supply, only provide Black Tea in a thermos flask. Everyday I ask the waiter to give me ONE green tea bag but most of time they reject. Why it is so difficult to get a tea bag? I have to bring green tea bag from room to breakfast place, ridiculous. And Ramen never get ready before 8:00am, is there a rule that no Ramen served before 8:00am? The noodle place is short handed always, sometimes need to wait 15-20min to get Ramen. Say I need to leave hotel at 8:30 am, the only window I have to enjoy a Ramen is order at 8:00am, eat from 8:20-8:25am.

Although Pullman in Weifang is starting to show its age, the stay was very pleasant. The staff are always helpful and very accommodating. The rooms are good quality and it was always cleaned well. Room service menu wasn't too bad either.
