床单上有沙子，第二天换房后，也有沙子。我认为上一个客人睡过后并没有更换床单，感觉很脏。赠送的瓶装水也很难喝。根本就没有客房服务，都不打扫卫生。前台故意让电话占线，有需求的客人需要自己下楼跟前台沟通。
