After reviewing your feedback, I checked with the relevant team and security footage. I noticed that our staff used a translation tool to communicate, which may have led to some misunderstandings. Additionally, you arrived before the standard check-in time of 14:00, and unfortunately, no rooms were available for early check-in at that time. Your request for an upgrade to an Ocean room also required an additional fee, as complimentary upgrades are not within our staff’s authority. We truly regret any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding of our policies.
