Dear Mrs. Jing W., Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely regret that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. Regarding your room allocation, we understand your preference to avoid rooms near the elevator and at the end of the corridor. However, the room category reserved was our Deluxe Room, and all Deluxe Rooms are located in a fixed position at the end of the corridor due to the building layout. This information was also explained to you prior to check-in. We apologize if this arrangement caused any inconvenience during your stay. Concerning the sun loungers on the beach, we are sorry for the disappointment experienced. Please kindly note that the beach area and its sun loungers are managed by the designated beach attendants in accordance with local authority regulations. Under these regulations, the hotel is permitted to provide only 12 sun loungers and 3 beach umbrellas for guest use. As availability is therefore limited, we understand your frustration when no loungers were available during your visits. We truly appreciate your feedback as it helps us better communicate these limitations and manage guest expectations.
