The hotel is located in the center, near the night market so it is quite convenient. Room is clean and comfortable. Enthusiastic staff, helping to book cars to Da Lat. Booked a room without breakfast so I don't know how the quality is. If I have a chance to come back, I will try it.

I enjoyed the service there. Tu Nguyen helped us escort to our room and took care of our luggage. She was very mind and helpful and answered all of our questions. I was given a good room and a clean room which made the stay very comfortable and clean.

The great location of the hotel was greeted with friendly and helpful reception staff of Tien Duong, Vy Pham and Lan Anh, giving me a positive experience. The arrangement of transport to-and-fro Dalat for a day trip by Tien Duong was excellent.

As per visited Nha Trang during TH long weekend in OCT this year, it seems that cost of living in this city was friendly to tourists. Room with breakfast cost below USD 35 per night as located one block from the beach. Room and facilities are under Ibis Standard. Then, there is worried-free for tourist like us. Explore Nha Trang attractions is easy by taking GRAB (similar to Uber) with small cost. From airport CXR to Downtown, I could take airport bus, at cost of 65000 dong , to bus stop near Ibis. Highly recommended.

Great location but terrible hotel! The worst cleanliness I’ve ever seen in a hotel in Vietnam; dirty rooms with cockroaches in the bed, stains on the rugs, mould and grime in the bathrooms and a human poo in the showers next to the pool. Avoid this hotel like the plague!
