Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, vom Check-in bis zum Check-out. Das Zimmer war sauber, gut ausgestattet und hatte einen tollen Blick auf die Stadt und sogar Meer. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir das Frühstücksbuffet, das eine breite Auswahl an frischen und leckeren Speisen bot. Die Lage des Hotels war ebenfalls perfekt – zentral, aber ruhig. Ich kann dieses Hotel definitiv empfehlen und werde beim nächsten Besuch wieder hier übernachten

Oldest Accor hotel in Vietnam, about 100 m from the sound system from about 6 p.m. to 3 a.m., as well as from other sources of noise such as uninsulated street noise, bars, karaoke, directly in front of and next to the hotel. Windows not even remotely soundproof. Uncommunicative team, I should arrange an appointment with the manager tomorrow. In other words, take it, leave it. Room 1505 otherwise in good condition. Towels sometimes smell smoky. Unhygienic guest behavior at the buffet with bodily fluids, aerosols in the germ mist from the open food is ignored by staff to the detriment of third parties' health. Individually requested improvements failed, 1. Omelette practically raw, 2. with raw onions/tomatoes, that is zero food hygiene. Western breakfast does not exist. The main clientele are apparently Chinese or similar bus tourists who feel completely at home in the described buffet fog, in the lifts, in the corridors and in the lobby. They take over the French Ibis Styles - a pun here - the Vietnamese crew ignores any complaints and is only interested in cash. In this condition and operation, this hotel is not habitable. Go a few hundred metres further down the same street to the TUI BLUE for €10 more per night, where you will find 50 sqm rooms with 5 stars. Deutsche Version Ältestes Accor-Hotel Vietnams, ca. 100 m gegenüber Beschallungsmaile von ca. 18 Uhr bis gut 3 Uhr morgens, auch von weiteren Lärmquellen wie ungedämmter Straßenlärm, Bars, Karaokr, direkt vor und neben dem Hotel. Nicht ansatzweise schallgedämmte Fenster. Unkommunikatives Team, ich solle mich um einen Termin beim Manager morgen kümmern. das heißt, take it leave it. Zimmer 1505 ansonsten in gutem Zustand. Handtücher stinken z. T. rauchig. Unhygienisches Gästeverhalten am Buffet mit Körperflüssigkeiten, Aerosolen im Keimnebel über das offene Essen wird vom Personal zum gesundheitlichen Nachteil Dritter ignoriert. Einzeln angerungene Veebesserungen schlugen fehl, 1. Omelette quasi roh, 2. mit rohen Zwiebeln/Tomaten, das ist null Lebensmittelhygiene. Westliches Frügstück existiert nicht. Hauptclientèle sind aufenscheinlich chinesische o.ä. Bustouristen die sich im beschriebenen Buffetnebel, in Lifts, auf Fluren, in der Lobby pudelwohl und wie zu Hause fühen. Diese nehmen das französische Ibis Styles - hier ein Wortwitz - in Beschlag, die Vietnam-Crew ignoriert jedwede Reklamation und interessiert sich ausschließlich für Cash. In solchem Zustand und Betrieb ist dieses Hotel nicht bewohnbar. Ziehen Sie ein paar hundert Meter gleiche Straße zum TUI BLUE für € 10 nehr pro Nacht weiter, Sie finden dort ca. 50 qm-Zimmer mit 5 Sternen.

In der zweiten Strasse vom Strand Nha Trang liegt das IBIS Style Hotel. Ringsum Trubel, Restaurants, kleine Geschäfte, Massagen und Clubs. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß ca 3 Minuten oder 400 Meter. Das Hotel hat schöne Zimmer ohne Balkon, in den oberen Etagen mit Blick auf das Meer. In der Dusche und WC hat man gut Platz und alles ist sehr sauber. Das großzügige Frühstücksbuffet ist asiatisch geprägt, es gibt aber auch Weißbrot. Die Frühstückszeit bis 8:30 Uhr ist etwas chaotisch aber dann kehrt wieder Ruhe ein und das Buffet ist wieder aufgefüllt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und immer bemüht. Der Swimmingpool ist schön... zu meiner Zeit leider trüb stark trübes Wasser. Vielleicht hat Chlor gefehlt. Trotzdem ein schöner Ort um zu kurzzeitig zu entspannen. In der Etage gab es auch ein Fitness Raum und ein SPA. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten haben mich persönlich gestört aber dann muss ich mehr Geld für Hotel ausgeben (deshalb ich bin umgezogen in das Novotel) Insgesamt ist das IBIS style Hotel zu empfehlen. Das Preis Leistung Verhältnis ist sehr gut.

In Nha Trang und im Hotel waren im März 2020 nur wenige Touristen. Das Personal war immer überall sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Zimmer sind zweckmässig eingerichtet und wir hatten Meerblick. Das Frühstücksbüffet war gut. Das Hotel hat nur den Pool und keine Liegen am Strand. Wir waren hier 17 Tage und würden wieder kommen.
