Horrible Tasting Tap Water

While the bed was comfortable, with a good shower, the Tap Water tasted like it came out of a garden hose. Being provided bottle water would have been nice! Parking was easy and directly below the hotel. The breakfast buffet was good but the coffee machine wasn't frothing the coffee.

wifi信号很差，check out时候本来已经在携程支付了房费，酒店扣款未成功，应该反馈给携程，结果从住客信用卡再次扣款，导致我重复付房费

Ok stay, shame about the restaurant

The Hotel is generally clean and well maintained. Everything works as it should. The biggest downside is that the restaurant is only open for 4 days a week, Monday through Thursday. As a business traveller I didn’t really want to go out to find a restaurant after a long day at work. Parking is a bonus considering the area and the lack of on street space but is 12 euro/day. The restaurant times are not well publicised and it was a surprise to find it wasn’t open. Definitely won’t stay again only because of the restaurant issues.

Unbearable smell

There was a foul smell of rotten fish in the lobby and it got worst in the elevator. On our second day, I complained to the reception and they acted as if they hadn't noticed. Later on on that day, the smell went away. This was only for a few hours. When we came back from dinner, the smell was not only back, but it had spread into our 5th floor room.

Great hotel. Unfortunately not in the center, so we took the car. There is an excellent parking garage under the hotel for € 12 per 24 hours. We had a family room and it was very nice. Very spacious and very nice beds. The two men who were there to check us in and helped us at the bar were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is not very extensive, but fine for us.
