We had an excellent family stay for 4 having booked the premier suite for 9 nights. Special mention to Sophia and Gilbert at the executive lounge for making our stay special.

The Executive Lounge staff, Gilbert is really helpfull and kind. Hope all the staffs can learn from him. For the room: 2 days bed and pillow replecement is OK, but please do Daily make up to clean up the garbage and towel replacement.

Lack of staff that understand English made this entire hotel stay a trial. Had to explain what a top sheet was and how to do it and then they STILL didn't put one on. Once day they just left the sheet on top of the bed for me to make. Coffee cups and teaspoons were removed and not replaced. One expensive KN95 mask was removed and replaced by 10 paper masks (only after I complained) Breakfast was cold, rubbery and awful tasting

I booked Suite Room and when we arrived hotel, we were lead to check-in in the second floor in a VIP lounge. On the second day I make a request to the concierge if they would help me to receive my previous ordered parcel. They did a great job! Thank you for the help~ I really appreciate it. The Infinity swimming pool on the Novotel side is always full of people, I only took picture with my 3.5-year-old kid by the pool.

very beautiful place and swimpool.The environment of this hotel is very good, with a very beautiful swimming pool and suitable dining. It is very, very close to the commercial district and shopping center.If you are someone familiar with Singapore, it's great to come and play anytime.
