I was truly impressed by the warm, personal, and exceptional service provided by Marcus Ong, Restaurant Manager at Food Exchange. During a corporate event in the function room, we enjoyed the delicious chicken lemongrass skewers so much that we asked if we could order some for takeaway the next day. Although this was not a standard menu item, Marcus went above and beyond by coordinating with Chef Joseph to place a special order with their supplier, prepare it fresh the following morning, and even arrange for it to be delivered to the concierge for our collection at check-out. Truly outstanding service and hospitality!

Always a pleasure to come back to Novotel on Stevens

This hotel has all the facilities you need. I like the gym that is fully equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. The staff is very attentive and helpful, I had a late flight and my checkout was extended till 6pm

This hotel is at really good location with mrt and bus stations are close by. Hotel also provides free shuttle services to nearest mrt and shopping areas. Breakfast is really good with wide spread and breakfast hosts agnes and marcus are helpful and courteous. Good to see indian vegetarian options available in the breakfast menu. Rooms are of good size and all toiletries and hot kettle provided. Overall, great experience at the hotel. One feedback is the add latch or fully closed door for bathrooms as it is not comfortable for family guests.

Had Sunday Brunch at Food Exchange on 8 Feb & were warmly welcomed by the Manager, Marcus Ong. Throughout our meal, he was very friendly, attentive & anticipated our needs spontaneously. He introduced his chef, Alex to us when we praised the food selections & presentations. Alex was equally friendly & accommodating. He was very receptive when we gave feedback that the chilli lobster meat was a bit too soft; he promised to look into it with sincerity. Overall a very pleasant experience.
