Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your stay with us. We are pleased to know you found our hotel modern, tidy, and clean. We are, however, sorry that several aspects of your stay fell short of your expectations. We sincerely apologise that the room configuration you had booked in advance was no longer available upon your arrival. We understand how disappointing this can be, particularly after making your arrangements well ahead of your stay. We would also like to share, as part of our sustainability commitment, our hotel has introduced our Clean for Green initiative, where full housekeeping services are provided on alternate days to help reduce water and energy consumption. We understand that this may differ from the expectations of some guests, particularly in Singapore's tropical climate. Please be assured that guests are welcome to request fresh towels, replenishment of amenities, or additional housekeeping assistance on non-service days, and our team is always happy to assist. While our location offers convenient access to public transportation and the surrounding neighbourhood, we understand your preference for being closer to the city's main attractions. The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle bus service for hotel guests to the nearest MRT Station, Stevens MRT and to Liat Towers which is the start of Orchard Road.
