I sincerely regret to learn that your stay did not meet your expectations and appreciate your detailed feedback. Thank you for your feedback regarding the room size. For your convenience, the room dimensions are available on our website for easy reference. Additionally, our children’s policy allows children under 12 years old to share the parents' room and bedding. Only our suite rooms can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children with an extra bed. We kindly urge guests to declare the actual number of occupants when making reservations, as this helps the system suggest whether an additional room is necessary for a more comfortable stay. We appreciate your understanding in this matter As for luggage, please be assured that our team carefully manages all luggage. Our property is equipped with CCTV surveillance, and our security staff is always on hand to intervene when needed. We take the safety of our guests' belongings very seriously. I am pleased to hear that you enjoyed the variety and quality of our breakfast offerings, as well as the convenient location of our hotel. However, I understand that the replenishment of food items and cleanliness of the dining area did not meet your expectations, and this will also be reviewed to ensure a better experience for our future guests.
