Went to Food Exchange for dinner, for their Midweek Catch @ Stevens. Totally impressed by their quality food served, regular replenishment of food. Not too big a selection that I felt overwhelmed as per other buffets. Very reasonably priced as well. Very friendly service from Marcus, Kim Lai and Yani. Hope to bring our friends back here in future.

Throughly enjoyed my stay here at the Mercure, the location was so easy to get between places and the hotel itself was lovely. Staff were always so friendly and happy to accommodate all our needs, specially Marcus. The hotel had everything we needed and more and could not recommend it enough.

Had an absolutely phenomenal stay! Everything was so clean and tidy and the service as impeccable. Notably, Marcus who served as by the pool was so lovely and friendly! We have loved spending time here and using all the hotels incredible facilities and we will definitely be back next time!

The hotel’s location is convenient for accessing the Orchard Road. The rooms are clean, and Xiang Dong, the staff member, is friendly and professional.
