It's a decent budget hotel

It may not be in corporate colours but it is what it is - a budget hotel. It is very convenient to the station and it does breakfast, which is what we wanted due to early start in the morning. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, it was quiet. There was a lift, something we had missed in places where we had stayed during our visit to Italy and Sicily. The breakfast was more than adequate with good choices and frshly pressed orange juice. Would certainly stay here again.

Well what do you expect for €75 a night? Internet not working, room small and decorated like prison cells. Walls are paper thin and you hear noise from everywhere. Wasn’t bothered by train noise, location good and staff very pleasant. Would always go for the Mercure across the road

Helpful staff, clean rooms, and an excellent location in the cenrte of Chambery. A few steps from the airport. I wish to highlight that the sound insulation to the busy place in front of the station is excellent, which helps with the sleep quality. Also, the bed was very good, which isn't always the case in hotels. o, a yes from me. :D

Out flight from was cancelled from Chambery airport and so we made a last minute booking, late at night. The lady on the desk was very helpful organising taxi etc. The hotel was in a good central location next to the train and bus station, basic but clean and continental breakfast was very good. Special thanks to Yvans on reception that went out of his way to organize bus transfers for large party of stranded and weary English skiers.

Easy walking from the train station. Staff were pleasant from check-in to check out. Breakfast, whilst basic was adequate. Rooms were comfortable and clean although not large. Elevator to help with the luggage.
