1. 체크인 시간이 너무 오래 걸림 2. 배정된 숙소를 갔는데 기술자들이 거실에서 티비 수리하고 있었고 출입문도 수리하다 말고 사라짐. 세번의 독촉 전화를 한 후에 겨우 해결됨. 사실 고쳐 지지 않았고 뜯어놓은것만 다시 조립한 상태였음. 3. 새벽 3시에 룸 전화가 울림. 리셉션 직원은 기술팀이 점검했을거라고 변명했는데, 세계 어느 호텔에서 새벽 3시 고객들이 잘 시간에 점검을 한단 말인가?

1. 체크 인 후 수영장에 라이트가 들어 오지 않아, 기술자가 왔으나 역시 들어 오지 않음 2. 체크 인 후 큰 방 배스튜브 안에 수건 남아 있는데, 수건에서 심한 오줌 냄새가 남. 세면대에 있는 수건인데, 이전 투숙객이 한 것이라면, 괜찮지만, 만약 청소하는 분들이 이 것으로 변기나 이런것을 닦는 것이라면, 매우 심각한 문제라고 생각됨. 3. 전반적인 방의 시설은 비슷한 가격의 다른 숙소와 비교할 때 매우 노후 되거나, 부족함 4. 매일 하는 청소는 청결하지 못함. 바닥에 얼룩이 남아 있음 ( 4일 동안 관찰) 5. 호텔의 위치는 매우 좋음 6. 실내에서 음식을 해 먹을 수 있는 점은 좋았음.

위치는 매우 좋으나 룸 안에서 냄새남, 특히 곰팡이냄새 심함 진짜 최악. 조식뷔페 가짓수는 다낭에서 많은편에 속하나 특별히 먹을게 없고 어제 먹다 남은거 그대로 있는 느낌의 비쥬얼 한여름엔 장점일수 있으나 겨울 시기엔 빌라가 너무 붙어있고 그늘이 많아 추워 수영에 어려움이 있을듯 전반적으로 오래된 느낌이 매우 강하고 특별히 호텔의 장점이 위치 빼고 뭐가 더 있는지 느낄수가 전혀 없었음

In addition, our privilege outdoor swimming pool is one of the most-wanted features that our guests are fond of. We are sorry that you did not manage to use the pool because of feeling cold. 1. 매일 화재경보가 울렸다. 원인은 우리가 화재경보를 눌렀지 않냐고 누명을 씌었다. 매우 황당했다. 2. 리조트 시설에 대한 설명도 없다. 최소한 조식당은 어디 있으며, 수영장은 어디에 있는지 알려줘야하는거 아닌가? 3. 부모님 생일이라고 메모해놨으나, 아무런 서비스가 없었다. 괜히 기대했나보다. 4. 얼리체크인은 꿈도 꾸지말자. 딱 15시에 방을 내준다. 5. 레이트체크아웃도 마찬가지로 꿈꾸지 말자. 절대 불가능하다.

가든뷰 3베드룸 이용했습니다. 너무 좁은것 같아 얘기했더니 객실변경 해주셨어요. 뭐.. 거기도 별뱐 차이는 없었지먄요.. 3박4일 머물렀습니다. 결론부터 말씀드리자면 돠시는 안갈꼬에용. 개일퓰장도 너모 좁고. 낙엽이 마나서 치워달라고 몆번이나 얘기해도 퇴실때꺄.지 안치.워주고. 싸지않응 리조트인데 한국말하는 직원 한명 없고. 객실 어메니티도 용기재활용해서 내용물만 리필해놓고. 침대는 다 꺼져서 자다보면 내몸이 땅으로.들어가는듯.. 오래된곳이라 그런지 시설 낙후심하고 침구도 깨끗하지않아요. 거실에 있는 소파는 진심 앉고싶지않을 정도에요. 쿠션에서 집먼지진드기 나오게 생겼어요. 장보고 들어와서 로비에서 버기타려는데 직원도 없고. 진짜 너무너무 실망해서 다신 안가고싶어요.

We have constantly tried to recruit from universities with Korean language skill to facilitate our valued guests. In addition, as we are striving to be single-use plastics-free in effort of saving our Earth, amenities refillable bottle using is one of the effective strategies to get involved in the mission.
