Our family booked the villa for our 4 night, 5 day stay. All of the staff and Lisa were very helpful the whole time we were there. It definitely was a 5 star resort service. The breakfast every morning was also amazing. We’d come back again next time we visit Da Nang.

My family was very satisfied. Private pool was good and public pool was The resort is very close to the travel center, which is very convenient. Breakfast at the resort is delicious, diverse, and attractive. The coffee with many choice and taste very good. The beach is close to the resort so it is within walking distance. The worst customer experience during my trip in Vietnam. The pool pass is a scam.

I had the worst customer experience with this property during my entire trip in Vietnam. I have called the number on their website to check the availability of their pool pass today (as this is what they advise you to do). I spoke to a lady on the phone - Thuy Nguyen, which confirmed three times that that there is availability and we should make our way to reception. We booked a taxi and 10 minutes later arrived at the entrance. The moment we left the car a rude guy started yelling that the pool is full… no greeting, welcoming or even asking the reason for our visit. I have explained that I just spoke to a manager over the phone and she advised me that there is availability and to make our way to reception. He eventually called the same person which eventually wanted to speak to me and explained me that there is no more availability of pool passes. Rather strange how the whole story changed within 10 minutes. She was extremely rude and unapologetic. We spent 300 000 VND for taxis for nothing and felt like an intruder, rather than a welcomed customer. Me and my friend are both elite members of several hotel chains and Accor should be ashamed of their level of customer service. Maybe send Mrs Nguyen to several Radisson and Hilton properties so she can learn a thing or two about customer service.

We sincerely apologize for the miscommunication and how the situation was managed upon your arrival. Please rest assured that this does not reflect the warm and inviting service we strive to offer every guest, whether they are staying overnight or visiting for the day. Due to the increasing popularity of our Pool Pass service and the necessity to maintain the comfort of our hotel guests, we occasionally need to pause Pool Pass sales when we near full capacity. This is a preventative step to ensure our guests can enjoy the main pool and have access to sunbeds. These decisions are made thoughtfully and are applied uniformly to all external guests, not just Accor Plus members. Therefore, it is not uncommon for the beach club to appear less than fully occupied. We have made significant efforts to communicate these limitations clearly in advance. Our communication from March explicitly stated that access to Nautica Beach Club operates on a first-come, first-served basis, without accepting advance reservations, particularly during peak hours (11:00 AM to 3:00 PM). We also advised guests to reach out to us prior to their visit to check on availability. While we regret that your recent experience did not meet expectations, I want to assure you that our policies are focused on fairness and guest satisfaction. We appreciate your continued support and hope you will consider giving us another chance to welcome you back in the future under better circumstances. The facilities at the villa were excellent, and the staff were friendly, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our stay. The resort is also conveniently located near shopping and entertainment areas, so you can easily take a walk and explore the surroundings. We had a delightful vacation. Each morning, we recharged with a delicious breakfast at Lemongrass restaurant, featuring a variety of tasty dishes, coffee, and fresh juices. You’ll notice many Korean guests at the resort, so the buffet includes dishes like kimchi soup and bulgogi beef. The staff were always friendly and attentive—Vân and Hạnh made sure to accommodate the vegetarian requests of one member of our group, which we really appreciated. For lunch, we enjoyed a Set Menu at CCC restaurant and also ordered the Bingsu, which was amazing. Thank you to everyone for helping us create such wonderful memories here. This resort truly deserves its 5-star rating.

Our villa was conveniently located near the main pool and Nautica Bar, where they offer some really interesting dining combos. We received a warm welcome from the front desk staff, and the bellmen took us on a buggy tour around the resort so we could get a full view of the property. On our very first night, we arranged a BBQ dinner at our villa with a variety of seafood and meats. Huy and Truong took great care of us, and we thoroughly enjoyed a wonderful evening meal. Each morning started with breakfast at Lemongrass restaurant, where the buffet menu was diverse and high-quality. Despite the restaurant being busy, Quynh and Quyen were always helpful and attentive with their service. The F&B service was excellent—everything truly lived up to the 5-star standard.
