Very disappointing

Went here for a friends birthday and we’re very disappointed. Food had clearly been kept warm for a long time as the sauces had dried to the plates. The food itself was warm not hot, our side of fries was luke warm. 2 mains arrived at the same time but the third dish was about 5 mins later. There were a max of 6 other small tables so not like it was rush hour! The window shelf next to me was covered in crumbs and dust, not very appealing when you’re about to eat. We had drinks in the lounge afterwards, had to go to the bar to order and no one bothered to ask if we would like another. So we left. Wouldn’t recommend or go back.

Wooden screen obscuring window/ no natural light!

A few blocks back from beach on busy road. Standard Novotel format. Nicely furnished and clean room with friendly helpful staff but….. my room was almost a windowless box with a wooden screen almost completely obscuring the window, completely bizarre!!!! Definitely would not stay again

Comfortable bed.

Comfortable beds. Spacious rooms with all the facilities. Water pressure in the shower was good so after a long drive that was a huge success. Nicely placed in the city. Room was stocked well with a mini bar and food. An inhouse restaurant serves delicious breakfast and dinner.

The service was best, the place is excellent. We were on a road trip to different states/cities and stayed in 4 different hotels. Novotel is the best and decided to stay in Hotel Novotel in our next trip in June. The only thing missing was a swimming pool. ❤️
