Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Praktische Lage bei Tramhaltestelle und Einkaufszentrum. Ich hatte Probleme mit dem Zimmerschlüssel. Das Personal war sehr bemüht, mein Problem rasch zu lösen aber eigentlich ist die gesamte Infrastruktur des Hotels etwas in die Jahre gekommen und würde eine Renovation benötigen, um solche Probleme nachhaltig zu lösen..
