Staff don't respect guest. They need hier professional staff.

I am staying this hotel as a long staying guest from March 2025. Staff not well trained in this hotel. 20th early morning I came from outside i go to bell desk i asked for my parcel which was deliver in reception then the bell man ( FAIAZ) & he ask me in hindi ( Tera tag kidare) in hindi this word you cab use only some junior person who you didn't respect at all. I am guest of this hotel and he can not talk with me in this way. I became angry and I ask for duty manger in front desk & infront of him I complain but he even didnt tell me sorry. Front desk agent took my complain & he told he will send this to management but next day I go to front office to follow up what action they took but they make me upset because no action was taken even this staff did not say me sorry or anyone from hotel didn't contact with me. Now my point is what type off staff they hier. what is doing the learning & training department of this hotel. They are just spoiling the reputation of Accor hotel group. As a ex Accor employee I think they should take serious of this matter. They need to tarin staff for there behavior and attitude. I think same as staff manager also don't care about guest so all off them need trainong from Accor corporate learning & devolopment department.

The baddest stay ever

Unfortunately I stayed in two rooms during my three-night stay. The first room on first night was dirty with disgusting smell, with a stained carpet and furniture. There was no air hood in the smoking rooms, and the floor smelled very bad. Some guests kept their doors open to get some fresh air. on the morning I Left a notice on the door for the housekeepers to clean the room and when I returned back afternoon time I found the room was not clean or refreshed After I complained, they changed my room on the second night and promised to provide me with their best services. I sent an email to Accor customer service, and they replied that hotel management would contact me, but they did not. All of their mistakes and poor service have been recorded, and I am still waiting for the hotel management to send an apologized. After this bad experience, I do not recommended this hotel to any one "I hope someone can guide me on how to complains them to Saudi ministry of tourism."

Hotel closed?

The hotel itself was fine. The staff were good, breakfast was good and the room, while fairly small, was up to standard for an Ibis hotel. The internet worked well. The weird part about this stay is that there were signs on the front door and throughout the lobby, posted by the Saudi Ministry of Tourism, stating that the hotel was violating Tourism Law and was closed. There was also a sticker beside the lifts, stuck on by the Ministry of Tourism, stating that the facility would be evacuated within 48 hours. I asked at reception and the staff said it had something to do with the licence for the building. Very strange, as the hotel otherwise seemed to be operating as normal.

Great value and comfort in Central location

Centrally located hotel with a clean fresh feel. Room was comfortable with all amenities available. Restaurant and Cafe located on site which was handy. Friendly efficient check-in which was good considering the traffic managed at reception. Thanks for the vote if you found this review helpful.

A little out of the way but a great hotel

A little out of the way from most of the historical sights but I had a very nice stay here. The hotel is typical Ibis, clean, not terriblly large rooms but clean, well equipped and with a generally good staff. I was here 3 nights, doing some work and touring around Jeddah. It. It's about a 20 minute Uber ride to most places, like Old Town and longer to other spots like the floating mosque. The upside is this part of town is a little quieter and the price for my stay was quite good. Not a lot of restaurants or stores in the area, a Circle K next door and that's about it, but Uber pickups were fast, and inexpensive, so it didn't really matter. I would stay here again.
