We found this a great place to stay in Pekanbaru. The hotel is modern, clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. Good food court not far away.

Lack of hospitality

Front office and restaurant personnel are not nice. As a long stay guest (40 days stays), we did not expect to be treated like a star, but at least, please have some manners. Not sure what is the issue, but seems like smaller hotel have more warm hospitality treating the guest.

Strategic location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.

Stayed with my husband and kids. Well Location beside from ciputra mall, clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast so good and many varieaty of food. Sunday morning they have kids corner and my kids so happy for that. Thank you novotel
