Hot room and bad management

Asked for early check in and got rejected is still okay for me, but late check in is unacceptable, arrived at 3 pm which is 1 hour after the supposed check in time, still need to wait for 40 minutes due to room is not cleaned yet. The room is hot due to aircon not working properly, hotel tried to fix it but doesnt help at all, asked for a fan but get a dirty and rusty blower which are super noisy. Super bad experience , dissapointed.
