レセプションの能力がどうにもならないくらい低レベルでした。受付になんと1時間、チェックアウトに30分かかりました。 わたしたち夫婦、娘、その子ども2人で計5人で二部屋予約していました。二部屋目が半額というプランで3日間で2600シンガポールドルの予約価格でした。ホテルについてパスポートを出してチェックインしようとしたのですが、広めのファミリータイプが良いかコネクティングルームが良いかばかり聞かれ、総額3300シンガポールドルを提示されました。二部屋目半額のプランはどうなっている?と聞いたら、そんなプランは聞いたことがないと言う次第です。そこでわたしの携帯アプリで予約価格を見せたところ、急に慌てだして、今調べているからと言ってその確認だけで20分待たされました。あれやこれやで1時間。カウンターが一つしか開いていないので、何組も後ろに待っていました。 部屋にグランピングというテントを予約していたのですが、用意はなく、電話してからのセッティングでした。 二日目にトイレ方面からゆっくり水が漏れてきて、拭いても2時間後にまたぬれているので、電話をしたら、ハウスキーピングの人が来て、これは部屋を代わってもらうしかないと言われました。そこで、レセプションに部屋の交換の交渉に行ったら、拭けば良い程度と聞いていると言われて、唖然としました。なんとか部屋は変えてもらいましたが、荷物のパッキングが面倒でした。 最終日、少し早めに会計に行ったところ、朝食の値段が聞いていた事前申し込み割引になっていませんでした。値段が違うと言ったら、携帯のメールを見せてくれと言われ、その画面の写メを撮っていました。わたしの携帯で朝食の値段が決まるとは本当にお粗末です。 ホテルそのものは、野生の猿や孔雀がいたりして、リゾート感満喫でよかったです。

Un séjour de 3 jours pour découvrir l'ile de Sentosa qui vire au cauchemar. nous arrivons dans l'hotel après un long vol depuis Bruxelles, et nous avions demandé une chambre avec un early check in afin de pouvoir se reposer et s'installer correctement. Nous recevons une chambre dans la serenity wing de l'hotel qui était humide et sentait le renfermé comme si elle n'avait pas été aérée depuis 3 ans. Après quelques heures notre chambre définitive sera prête dans la tranquility wing et nous déménageons pour arriver dans l'enfer sur terre. Une chambre totalement standard sans reproche fondamentaux mais sans aucun charme avec une salle de bain qui - devant être utilisée à 4 - est franchement étroite et mal conçue mais passons. La première nuit arrive et le cauchemar commence réellement. 3 étages au dessus de notre chambre, plusieurs clients ont décidé d'organiser une fête monumentale dans leurs chambres et dans les couloirs et commencent vers 23 heures à déplacer les lits, chaises et tous les meubles de la chambre à grand bruit pour sans doute créer une piste de danse ??? après des plaintes à la réception vers 2 et 4 heures du matin, le bruit s'arrêta enfin! le manager général de l'hotel est mis au courant le lendemain matin et s'excuse des désagréments occasionnés et s'engage personnellement à ce que cette plaisanterie ne se reproduise plus jamais ! évidemment la nuit suivante, la fiesta était repartie ... nous étions HEUREUX de quitter cet enfer !

Eine Oase der Ruhe und Entspannung mitten im üppigen Grün der Insel

Wir waren für eine Woche im Sofitel auf Sentosa und es war unser zweiter Aufenthalt dort. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Tranquility Wing mit Blick nach außerhalb der Anlage, was uns bereits morgens den Blick auf Papageien und Nashornvögel in den Palmen ermöglichte. Die umgebende Natur ist einfach phantastisch und durch die erhöhte lage auf der Klippe ist es weniger heiß, als unten am Strand. Gleichzeitig ist man mit dem alle 30 Minuten fahrenden Shuttle-Bus schnell an der MRT-Station Harbour Front oder mit den kostenlosen 29"-Mountainbikes (Schloss und Helm verfügbar) in der Stadt. Auch der schöne Strand (der ruhigste auf Sentosa) mit dem 27 Grad warmen Meer ist per Treppe die Klippe hinunter in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Frühstück ist sehr sehr gut und umfangreich, gutes Essen und Drinks an der offenen Bar. Der große Pool, die gesamte Anlage: alles ist perfekt. Die Drachentanz-Vorführung am chinesischen Neujahrstag war ein einmaliges Erlebnis. Nebenan wird zur Zeit ein neues Hotel (Raffles) gebaut. Davon bekommt man im Zimmer und in der Anlage nichts mit - man sollte nur kein Zimmer in Richtung der Baustelle haben.

Inicialmente chegamos no hotel por volta de meio dia, como tenho status na All tenho direito a entrar antes do horário , caso tenha disponibilidade, estava muito quente. As 14 horas voltei na recepção e nada, as 15 horas horário realmente da entrada e não tinham resposta, ou seja entrei no quarto por volta de 16 horas e isso foi bem ruim. Porém no dia de ir embora fiquei até as 16 horas , me migraram de um quarto para um mais simples mas pude ficar no hotel até as 16. ou seja houve uma compensação. estou feliz.
