I am sorry that aspects of your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies and rest assured that the experience you described is not reflecting the usual quality of service we are delivering. Since there is a miscommunication due to different languages, I am sorry that our team could not explained clearly for you about the room upgrade. And we guarantee that this is just the communication issue, there is no insincerity from our team members to you. I greatly appreciate your comments about different aspects of the room and these candid opinions would be a guideline for us to define what we still need to improve on. We are going to apply different training for our colleagues for service improvement and share with them your feedback as a lesson during their learning process. Our guests are our number one priority at the property and if someone is dissatisfied with their experience, we work very hard to correct this immediately and in a timely fashion in order to turn their experience around.
