I am currently at this hotel for my second stay, and it is still just as pleasant to come here. The lobby is very beautiful, with a lovely height perspective. The welcome is always professional; the receptionists are courteous, smiling, and attentive. I had a special request to which the staff did everything possible to respond favorably (thank you again). The service in the lobby is perfect, whether at Starbucks, the bar, or the small souvenir and candy shop. I was even served after the shop had closed, as they wanted to be as helpful as possible, which I greatly appreciated. I called room service to have my meal delivered, and everything was done to the letter and delivered at the requested time! As for the room, it is very well maintained; the cleaning service comes every day. I even witnessed a ceremony where the housekeeping staff was honored, and their manager served them drinks and cakes, which I thought was very nice of them. The mattress is particularly comfortable, and the pillows are very pleasant. I have stayed in many hotels, sometimes even luxurious ones in different countries, and I haven’t always found this level of comfort. For breakfast, in addition to a very warm welcome (thanks to Julia for her customer-oriented kindness), there is a variety of choices to enjoy a good meal. I highly recommend this hotel!
