Maroof was exceptionally helpful and attentive. He took care to pay attention and help out at breakfast. Most all the staffs were good service oriented during this stay. The amenities were basically good for the area. I would suggest to management that they break the endless 30 second piano loop which plays in lobby and restaurant. End it or change it up. Its soul crushing

Hotel location almost perfect. The Saudi girls who are in the reception are humbles and cheerful. The reservation Saudi girl is very cooperative. In general, Novotel Yanbu hotel management succeeded to recruit a Saudi stuff in high quality and manner. Many thanks for Marouf and hany from the catering and restaurant department, services are specialist and food is different and tasty. Sheriff Elkiki 15.04.2025

We love Novotel Yanbu. Excellent location by the sea. Staff are very friendly, kind and supportive. Food is very nice. Swimming pool is very good. Room is very clean and comfortable. Very big thanks to Mr Amer in the reception and Mr Najib the Manager.

The hotel keeps its world class stardand . good service on almost all aspects and nice ocean view plus walkable to beautiful seashore. thanks a lot to their receptions Hadeel and Golam , and also break first stuffs . thanks for the excellent experience.
