I would like to commend the staff who assisted us throughout our stay. They were extremely helpful and gave us early check-in as the room was already available. It was only an overnight stay at Singapore so we were not able to enjoy the other facilities like the pool and breakfast. The hotel is close to a bus stop, we also used Grab a lot for the interest of time. Overall, the hotel stay was pleasant and overall service was satisfactory. Rooms and the common spaces were clean.

Had a good experience at IBIS Macpherson, especially with assistant sales manager Mr. Timothy. Mr. Timothy was very patience and friendly in sharing with us the amenities and entertainment available within the hotel. highly recommended!

Went to Chat & Chow for lunch and we took the outdoor seats. For a moment, I felt like I was transported to Bali. The food and service provided by the team was impeccable. The staff would check in on us regularly to make sure that we are well taken care of.

We having lunch at Ibis styles Singapore,we don't expect so much about the food and service because budget hotel,however is wrong, .The service better than 5 star hotel ,went we reach at the hotel we being welcome with smiles by Ms Fife and bring us to restaurant,from restaurant at pool side we being welcome with smiles by Mr Balan and team with Batik uniform fill like at Indonesia hotel ,food marvelous , environment at pool nice.We enjoy with the service .Thank you Ibis Styles

Initially, we planned to stay one night, but due to work circumstances, we had to add an extra night at short notice. Thanks to the assistant sales manager's support, we were able to smoothly accommodate the additional nights, despite the large number of people and the short notice request. The room was clean, the bed was spacious, and the shower had just the right amount of water and temperature, so we were able to stay very comfortably. Also, there is a very clean and lovely pool.
