Dear Tianyuan, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you found our location convenient. Regarding housekeeping, guests are informed at check-in that the room is fully cleaned prior to arrival, with rubbish clearing and towel replacement on the following day. A full room cleaning is then carried out on the next scheduled day, continuing on a rotating two-day cycle as part of our sustainability practice. Should you require any additional assistance or servicing, guests may kindly dial 0 or approach our Front Office counter, and our team will be happy to assist. 房间舒适，四个人完全够住，自助餐从早到晚食物丰富，好几个特色餐厅需预定，可品尝美味牛排，鳕鱼，沙拉等，饭后每晚都有不同的节目观看，还有钢琴弹奏，体育娱乐也丰富，只要安排好时间，都可以一一体现。是一段不算的经历。

房间阴暗潮湿，有小强出没！卫生打扫不及时，洗漱用品跟床上用品3天都没有更换！整体感觉很不好！下次不会选这家！
