Booking cancelled for no apparent reason, and no refund.

Cancelled my booking and took all the money paid even though I'd had nothing to do with the cancellation. Email and tried to call but no response. Very disappointed, having to make a chargeback through my bank. I thought booking a known and respected brand like Ibis would guarantee decent customer service, how wrong I was. I strongly suggest if you're thinking of booking, don't! Look elsewhere.

卫生搞得不干净，房间有蚂蚁。拖鞋不够扎实，电视节目频道少，而且不清晰。

I want to thank Emily from the front desk who took care of me, upgraded my room and explained all the options to ensure I have great experience staying in. She went above and beyond while maintaining the best welcoming smile. This stay changes my perception positively to Accor group of hotel. Kudos to her.

OK for a short stay

Stayed one night at the Ibis Styles Singapore and overall it was fine for the price paid. This has to be the cheapest Accor property in Singapore that is not an Ibis Budget. Arrived around 7AM and was told check in is at 3pm. I wasn't expecting the room to be available but it should have been offered if one was free. I asked them to contact when a room was available, and they did not, so turned up at 3. First room they gave me was on level 4, which is the same level as the outdoor pool. This room was small and dark. When I pulled up the blinds, I noticed that my room had someone on a sun lounger directly outside my room! I went back to Reception to complain and they gave me a much nicer room on a higher floor with district views that was much brighter. Had dinner in the restaurant which was fine, and the outdoor pool was a nice facility to have access to. Location wise its not bad but its not the most convenient for tourists in Singapore. About a 15 min walk to the nearest MRT station with some nearby bus stops. Not much in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, and the so called shopping mall the hotel was in seemed all but abandoned. Overall not a bad choice for budget travellers, I would consider staying here again if the price was right, but wouldn't go out of my way to return.

My stay at the hotel was great, largely due to the exceptional support from the assistant sales manager. The room was clean and comfortable, and there is a lovely pool and gym at level 4. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a variety of options. Value for money.
