The hotel was good and this is the first choice for me whenever I travel to SG. Staff was friendly and helpful, special thanks to front desk staff name Grace, she always put on her smile to every single guest. And she was helping me for late check out as my flight is in the evening. Will definitely come back again for my next visit.

Good place to stay short terms , with proximity to most tourist attractions by taxi. Its 20 minutes to most places. The hotel is clean with a standard breakfast. Staff are very professional and supportive. They will go over and above to assist. Namely Elma and Emily at reception was so helpful to us.

The Hotel was ok but the staff were excellent. Specially Emily who works at the front desk. All the staff during my stay were all very accommodating. The supervisor at the bar was grat too. I forgot his name. I would definitely stay here again if I come over in the near future.

When booking we already know that the location is a bit far from MRT station. However, what we do not expect is that the property is located in an (almost) abandoned shopping mall. Lobby is tiny. It gives very little hope to be desired. However, the staff make it good 😀. Friendly and smooth check in process. EMILY and ELMA welcome us with genuine kindness. They explain that there will be no botteld water in the room. Instead there is a jug which can be refilled at 4th floor. Also no amenities. However, we can ask for what we need and housekeeping will deliver. I strongly support this ecological effort. The staff at the restaurant are also very polite and helpful. Both when I was working in the night at the restaurant table and also during breakfats the next morning. Breakfast is surprisingly varied and tasty. Plenty of item to choose from the buffet. You may opt to seat indoor or outdoor. Room is smallish. But we already know this when we book. Hot water works well. There is a small foodcourt and a number of restaurants nearby, including Thai and Korean cuisine. At the petrol station there is a grocery store in case you need something. All in all, a desperate property but the staff make it good 👍

Staff is nice and friendly. They arranged an early checkin for me. The breakfast was nice and had multiple options to chose from. You have to request for housekeeping. It is not done by themselves. But I was not happy how the rooms were very small and lacking some basic amenities like a wardrobe.
