At the same time, we appreciate your comments regarding the breakfast selection and room size. We regret to learn that your stay did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding the room cleaning schedule and bathroom size. As your stay was for one night, housekeeping service was not scheduled during the stay. Our room cleaning schedule is communicated upon check-in, where cleaning is carried out on the third day of stay and alternately thereafter as part of our sustainability efforts. For any additional assistance or requests, guests may dial “0” or approach our Front Office team at the counter, and we will be happy to assist promptly. Our rooms are designed in line with Singapore’s standard sizing, focusing on functionality and comfort, and we appreciate your understanding.
