The Hotel was ok but the staff were excellent. Specially Emily who works at the front desk. All the staff during my stay were all very accommodating. The supervisor at the bar was grat too. I forgot his name. I would definitely stay here again if I come over in the near future.

The staff make it good 👍

When booking we already know that the location is a bit far from MRT station. However, what we do not expect is that the property is located in an (almost) abandoned shopping mall. Lobby is tiny. It gives very little hope to be desired. However, the staff make it good 😀. Friendly and smooth check in process. EMILY and ELMA welcome us with genuine kindness. They explain that there will be no botteld water in the room. Instead there is a jug which can be refilled at 4th floor. Also no amenities. However, we can ask for what we need and housekeeping will deliver. I strongly support this ecological effort. The staff at the restaurant are also very polite and helpful. Both when I was working in the night at the restaurant table and also during breakfats the next morning. Breakfast is surprisingly varied and tasty. Plenty of item to choose from the buffet. You may opt to seat indoor or outdoor. Room is smallish. But we already know this when we book. Hot water works well. There is a small foodcourt and a number of restaurants nearby, including Thai and Korean cuisine. At the petrol station there is a grocery store in case you need something. All in all, a desperate property but the staff make it good 👍

Staff is nice and friendly. They arranged an early checkin for me. The breakfast was nice and had multiple options to chose from. You have to request for housekeeping. It is not done by themselves. But I was not happy how the rooms were very small and lacking some basic amenities like a wardrobe.

Hi All My Stay in Ibis Macpherson was Great and I will recommend to any travellers.My House was undergoing Renovation and expected to be completed by mid Nov so I booked 2weeks.This location was a distance to my workplace but it was not true.Travelling wise is very convenient and many buses are plying to Various MRT Stations and Places of Interest.Ths staffs were very friendly and excellent services and quick responses especially Emily,Dev and sorry some staffs I did not get their names.Due to their Excellent Service I extended my stay for another 2 weeks.The room was clean and pillows were very huggable,the bedsheets and Towels were clean and white.I will strongly recommend this hotel.Great stay and Thank Staffs.God Bless.

Had a very enjoyable stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Emily for her local knowledge of buses and places of interest. Very nice park over the road. Easy access to buses & other transport. Also by shear coincidence an old work colleage grew up in the area.
