Ibis Aracruz is a perfect hotel in the city, whether for business or pleasure. The bedrooms have spacious beds, much more comfortable with air-conditioning and free WIFI. The restaurant serves breakfast, all optional, and a 24-hour bar serves drinks and snacks. It has a business center, ironing room, and a car park. We are a pet-friendly hotel, for fees.

At this stay, rates for this kind of Hotel were higher than usual. The rest is what you expect for an Ibis, but the Reception Guests were the top thing of my stay. Always kind, helpful and quick solvers of demands.

Although the room was comfortable, as expected from IBIS, the whole experience was not pleasant:- Room and restaurant (floor and tables) cleanliness was awful;- Breakfast quality was below average: some hot foods were totally cold;- The check-in took almost 25 minutes to finish.

Ibis Hotel Aracruz... *Staff workers at lobby are very helpful and kindful with guests. *Great sleep quality that I've had there. *The only thing missing on my room was the hair dryer, but that is ok of all. *Very good location nearby a avarage shopping mall, restaurant, pubs and a gas station.

It´s advised to everyone visit this hotel. Modern, sofly and pleasant. Amaizing. The hotel staff are very attentive and ready to help. The room is very comfortable and noiseless. the wifi has a very good signal that is possible work without worry.

Hotel is simple, like most Ibis, but clean and comfortable, and therefore perfectly acceptable for 1 night. Breakfast was nice, and people very friendly and helpful. May there could be a better entrance or indication for parking area.
