Where do I even start? We’ve stayed in dozens of hotels across Europe — even in other ACCOR ones — but this was next-level disappointing. 1️⃣ “Quadruple room”? Sure, if you count the sofa we had to unfold and make ourselves. Yes, at €270 a night, we got to do the housekeeping too! 2️⃣ Despite being fully prepaid, the hotel demanded a €50 “guarantee” on arrival. No mention of it anywhere before. Surprise! Apparently, transparency isn’t part of the 4-star package. 3️⃣ Housekeeping? What housekeeping? In three nights, towels never changed, sheets untouched, and cleaning consisted of a quick sweep and a prayer. Honestly, calling this place a 4-star hotel is pure comedy. If you enjoy paying premium prices to make your own bed and reuse the same towel for days, this is the place for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor — stay literally anywhere else. #NeverAgain #OverpricedAndUndercleaned #FakeFourStars

Great rooms with beautiful balcony overlooking the city on the fifth floor wih welcome. Good breakfast with lots of choice outside on a beautiful terrace. Nice pool to relax. Pefect staff and lots of information.

We stayed at Hotel Adagio in Rome and were very disappointed with the overall experience. The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city, with poor and inconvenient transport connections to the center. Upon arrival, we discovered several issues that had not been clearly communicated during the booking process. Although the hotel advertises a swimming pool, we were surprised to learn on site that access requires a reservation. Pool towels are also subject to an additional charge. Despite our request, there was no possibility to receive a breakfast box for an early departure. Reception staff advised us to email the hotel to request a refund for the unused breakfast, but we never received a response. The hotel arranged a taxi to the airport, but we are now facing serious difficulties obtaining an invoice — an unacceptable situation, especially for professional travelers. Using an unverified taxi company shows a clear lack of responsibility. Rooms were not cleaned even once during our 7-night stay. There was no option for towel exchange unless we paid extra, which was never communicated at the time of booking. The overall standard is far below what one would expect from a hotel in the Accor network. To make matters worse, there was a strong smell of tar and ongoing construction noise around the building, making the environment unpleasant. In summary, we do not recommend this hotel. The level of service, communication, and cleanliness was well below expectations, and the experience did not reflect the standards of an international hotel chain.

Decent but the lack of room cleaning makes it unpleasant after a few days.

The rooms are very large and this is welcoming for families as there is a lot of space. It's clean although the furniture looks worn. The big negative is they don't clean the rooms unless you stay for 8 days and do not provide any cleaning materials. The floor and everything else becomes dirty quickly and we struggled to keep the place clean. The shower cubicle was covered on 3 sides only so the floor would become wet and dirty. Would not stay here again.

Terrible stay in an underconstruction hotel

I came here with my family because the hotel was looking in peace. But at 8 o’clock some noise started because the hotel was under construction, but they didn’t tell me.. the construction starts in front of my bedroom and it was so noice. There was insect in the room, but it’s OK because it’s a green hotel.. but big noise of work machines is not a part of my stay. Yes, maybe they have to make some constructions . But if it’s in front of my room exactly in my garden.; they have to say this to me. Now I had a big headache.. I told the front desk and they said you are just one day guest. I understood that they took my money and they gave the room that they don’t want to give anybody. This is the first time I live this kind of things in an accor hotel
