Ibis hotels have a very standard format everywhere. If you have been to any of those hotels, expect the same rooms, breakfast etc. This hotel has an extra touch. The staff is REALLY friendly and will do their best to make your stay a very pleasant one.

a very good Ibis hotel

This is a good hotel, basic, clean and Ibis standard. This hotel no longer serves dinner however, they have a small group of restaurants that deliver food within 35 minutes. Staff are excellent and a couple of reception staff are fluently bilingual because there are more westerners coming to this city to work. TV service is good. Wifi is good.

The employee service was very attentive and friendly, the room ambient was confortable and clean, the breakfast was very delicious because have variety of option to eat such as tapioca, omelet, cheese bread, fruits, nexpress machine, and others.

The Minimum

The hotel offers the minimum it could. The beds, pillows, sheets and towels were clean, but not soft or comfortable. We were not given a hand towel, only bath ones. The room is small, but not cramped. The breakfast was good, and the employees were very nice. The walls were paper thin. We could hear EVERYTHING that was happening in the next rooms and in the corridor.

It is an Ibis standard. I stayed for a week and the staff is very helpful and happy. I cannot rate more than 4 stars because it is the best option in the city so far. Room and bathroom are excellent, as well as the breakfast and meals in general. I can stay in again.
