I would firstly like to state that I am in Quarantine here and have stayed in many Quarantine Hotels during this pandemic due to work commitments. Many people who leave negative comments are comparing services that would normally be provided and that expectation is naive as it is not possible to due to restrictions and guideline. The staff here are professional, extremely friendly, and will go beyond the call of duty to make this stay as comfortable as possible. The food is very well balanced and the optional room service menu is delivered quickly yet to a high standard, while at a very reasonable additional cost. As stated, I have stayed in many quarantine hotels over the last 18 months and would highly recommend this one as it is very well priced and provides clean, professional, and ultra-friendly service with food that will not leave you disappointed. Thumbs up from me.

I have been assigned to this hotel for my quarantine even if I booked for a 4 stars hotel. The room is dirty and very dusty. There is mold in the shower and a lot of bacteria in the Air-conditioning. Probably because it was never washed. The food is tasteless and of poor quality. Had food intoxication. The only positive point of this hotel is that the staff is kind and responsive. I unfortunately do not recommend this hotel for anyone unless there is a complete renovation.

Pros: Check-in was prompt and smooth as well as check-out. Front Office & F&B Staffs were friendly and helpful. A lady at the front desk was really helpful and informative. Love the location of the hotel as quite and far from the bustling of Bangkok. Cons: Housekeeping attendant need to pay extra attention and detail as we are provided with toilet paper only from the day-3, sugar sachet was not replenished until the day of our departure. Mug and Glass were not washed and trash were not collected. Hot water and water pressure was not stable.

It is a big hotel, Rooms are cozy and beautifully organized. Stayed there from 17.1.2020 to 18.1.2020 (booked 2 rooms). Checkin time was 12 noon. We came from Pattaya at 910 am in the morning but the rooms were not ready. But hotel make arrangement to leave our luggage and we have proceeded to explore Bangkok. Checked in at 10 pm night. On 18.1.2020 I have changed my itinerary and checked out after taking breakfast(inclusive). The breakfast menu was not Indian people specific and also there was not enough space inside the restauirant. Overall reating is 3*.

Myself and my hubby stayed in the hotel on Dec 29 and 30 2019. Average location wise. Dirty/sewage water logging in front of hotel. Cleanness inside hotel was good though found used mugs when checked in the room, however it was replaced promptly. Breakfast options were good as it includes local THAI food which I enjoyed a lot. I appreciate Front Office Supervisor who put his maximum effort to know how to greet guests. Good !
