Belles prestations, chambres confortables et fonctionnelles. Restaurant déjeuner et dîner correct. Petit déjeuner CATASTROPHIQUE!! Pas d'accueil, on installe les clients sur des tables sales. C'est au client de demander à ce que la table soit nettoyée. Pas de vaisselle pour se servir au buffet... Machine à café hors service et personne pour prendre la commande des boissons. Pas au standard du groupe Accor. Prenez une chambre sans petit déjeuner et aller le prendre ailleurs!!

Restaurantpersoneel zeer vriendelijk. Uitgebreid menu, keuze uit wel 30 gerechten, op aanvraag zelfs wel meer. Heerlijk gegeten. Beveiliging in orde en ontvangst bij de ingang was koninklijk. Helaas was de ontvangst bij de receptie koud en onpersoonlijk. We werden bij de incheck te woord gestaan door een bijzonder onsympathieke dame, een houding die een vijfsterren hotel niet waardig is.
