Checkin was slow.....room had no internet so I had to pack up and move, thanks a friendly/knowledgeable desk man.....Food in restaurant was very good.....halls are dark and look dirty because the carpeting in ugly grey/black......the do nickel dime you....charge for shuttle from FCO. returning to FCO in morning, we paid and had receipts of shuttle but no tickets....so everyone had to go back into the hotel for tickets...oops

1- The desk clerk told us ro use the wrong elevator. So instead of being near our room we were at the other end of the hotel. 2- When we finally did got to our room the key did not work. So I had to return to the front desk to get a new set made. 3- We could not get the room thermostat to work 4- When we retried to reenter the room after dinner the keys did not work - again. 5- After getting third set of keys we returned to the room only to learn the thermostat was still not working. 7- After several attempts to repair the thermostat we were told to open a window!!! Forget staying at this hotel. This is our second time staying at an Accor chain hotel. They are second rate.
Sensible choice if you need to spend the night close to Fiumicino airport.

Good hotel, reasonable price, not noisy, good shuttle service, reasonable restaurant. Sensible choice if you need to spend the night close to the airport. The main downside is the shuttle is not easy to find when you get out of the airport (took me quite some time once I had reached the gate the reception lady indicated to me by phone). Suggest it should be better identified. Another problem was the towels, which are beyond their due date. reasonably clean but really old... The staff at reception are friendly. Less so in the restaurant, more smiling personnel would be welcome...

This property, while large, well appointed is showing it’s age. From the tired furniture, to the scratchy towels, it is as average as it comes. The room is large, the balcony is lovely and the restaurant / bar is top notch. They just need to invest in some basic upgrades. I definitely appreciated the reasonably priced shuttles to the airport. CVoninbg off the elevators with luggage is tricky since you have to manage 5 steps down from the elevators to the desk.
Bad service they just ignore you and there us stealing gong on or just bad management Jacopo Seghetti!

Liked · Nothing Disliked · I had three parcels delivered to this hotel, which they kindly agreed for me to do through booking.com When I arrived the parcels were not there. They were valuable goods. I have since received the receipts and they were received by this hotel as they are stamped with Mecure Rome Leonardo Da Vinci Airport. I have sent multiple emails to the Front Office Manager Elise and the General Manager, Jacopo Seghetti, and no one has ever replied for months. I even know the time they were delivered 12.00 28th October 2022. But no one tries to find what has happened to my parcels. There is something very strange going on. We went with staff to look for our parcels and they have a room full of parcels that have not been delivered. Were my parcels stolen by there staff? That's all I can think, its a cover up, they have honesty problems with their staff, if not, why does NOONE answer an email? It's a strange hotel and I would not stay there again. BEWARE! (I don't like writing bad reviews but when this is the only avenue left to you - what else can you do?) If you are so sorry about my experience then why have you ignored all my emails to date and only replied to this email as it is in the public domain. you have received over 800 euro of goods and should claim on your insurance and repay me. THAT IS THE CORRECT THING TO DO.
