We as a IDCM ,are fully satisfied with the staff service and their behavior..Mr.Ram babu Chaudhary managed the things very perfectly...Food was also good ..we enjoyed....In future we will definitely organise our CMEs.....thank you...

Good gym , and good pool ,gym trainer Nilesh is good and hospitable trainer , He taught me how to use the gym equipments,good hotel,good server's, Hotel food is excellent.ambience is really beautiful and stay was really comfortable and really peaceful

The food and swimming pool is good. It had many varieties. The room is also comfortable. The bed is cozy. The room is spacious. Mr. Nilesh gave a good assistance in gym workout. We'll explained the routines. He is well versed with gym activities. Good Job

The hotel is a bit outdated. The rooms are in need of renovation but are clean and have a very friendly staff. The best guy is the trainer Nilesh. a very nice and helpful person and a very good trainer had very good tips. Had the opportunity to train with him and he even straightened my back and gave very good tips for stretching exercises. the food and breakfast is also recommended.

Very comfortable hotel ambiance is really beautiful the room very specious and vey clean great location great service highly satishfied from swimming pool faciliti mr gym trainer nilesh is very humble he possesses good knowledge toward training and always availabl for eny kind suggestions and improved during workout reception staff very god food is good definitely I will back once again thank you Nilesh gym trainer and grand MERCURE surya Palace hotel
