I had A. very comfortable stay at the hotel. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff were courteous, attentive, and always willing to help. Cab connectivity was convenient, making travel to and from the hotel hassle-free. The helpdesk team was responsive and efficient in addressing queries and requests. Overall, it was A. pleasant experience, and I would recommend this hotel to others.

Not all the benefits that are applicable to gold members were made available. Further, the restaurant staff was unaware of how to add dining expenses to my accor account.
