The restaurant for breakfast smells very bad I even leave with tge smell on my clothes. The staff of the restaurant is not helpful The fitness key and how I should take it from the reception is so complicated. The room was noisy because of the door in between. Otherwise the staff of the reception was very kind, but I will not recommend to anyone

Dear Ms. Maryam, Thank you for sharing your honest experience with us. We appreciate your comment, and please rest assured that we have taken immediate action to address it to avoid any future occurrence. Everything was great except for 2 points that can improve. 1. Room service calls. Sometimes no answer , we had a problem with the shower and we had to go pray , I asked the staff if the plumer had access to the room so he can fix it while we are away , and he said yes no problem , but after coming back and waiting an additional hour we called again and they said we did not answer when he came. 2.Room shower and tv remote. The shower head switch was missing and the plumer showed us how to turn it on , one of the tv remotes was not working properly and we had to get the other tv remote.

Dear Mr. Abdullah, Thank you for sharing your honest experience with us. We are glad to know that our location made your stay a truly remarkable one.
