We stayed one night here on our way to Penang, the hotel is located on top of a shopping mall and has it's own parking section in the garage (Level 6). Check in was smooth and our room was ready early which was great. Room itself was fine lovely big bed and a extra chair, the view was over the back of the hotel and the shopping mall so not much to see. We did use the gym in the evening which was adequate, there wasn't a lot of equipment and the equipment there wasn't great but there were a lot of machines for cardio exercise. Breakfast in the morning was okay, despite having items on our table our table was taken by someone which was annoying but we were moved once staff realised.

Kami naik ETS kerana ingin mencuba pengangkutan awam baru ini. Novotel Taiping pula terletak betul2 di tengah2 bandar Taiping sekejap dah sampai dengan grab. Manakala Taman Tasik Taiping yang famous tu pula hanya berjalan kaki tak sampai 10 minit. Kami dibenarkan untuk check in lebih satu jam awal ini sangat melegakan. Bilik Premier King Bed with Taiping Lake View yang kami tempah dengan berlatar belakangkan Bukit Larut amat mempesonakan. Bilik besar bersih dan cukup ruang untuk Solat. Bilik air pula terpisah dengan tandas dan sinki terletak ditengah2 design ini sangat praktikal dan best. Bantal pula tak gebu tak tahu kenapa. Mungkin dah biasa guna 3 bantal jadi 2 bantal tak cukup kut. Siaran TV tak berapa clear. Breakfast sangat sedap dan ada banyak pilihan. Kami juga makan set lunch pun sangat sedap. Terima kasih untuk semua team Novotel Taiping you all sangat muhibbah dan bekerja sama. Kami akan datang lagi mungkin kali ini lebih lama. Terima kasih sekali lagi.!
