Dear Guest, Warm greetings from Novotel Shanghai Hongqiao. It is nice to see our staff were positive and enthusiastic towards our guests. We are now giving English training to our staff. As you see, there was a construction around now, in the long term it creates better infrastructure all these will support future growth. By that time, you can find a great vibe here.
