This is really lovely hotel from the greeting I received when I arrived to the lovely check in staff who helped me get my room key. To the really kind person at Breakfast who got me a seat and to the lovely people that got my order for coffee in morning. This was one of the most lovely hotels and the level of service is exceptional

We stayed at the Pullman Hotel Liverpool on 14th November in Room 739 to celebrate our anniversary, and the whole experience was exceptional from start to finish. Jon on Concierge was fantastic — polite, attentive, and always checking that we had everything we needed. Paul in the restaurant gave us such warm and friendly service at breakfast, making sure every detail was taken care of. We also dined in the restaurant in the evening, and the food was truly sublime — a huge compliment to the chefs for a wonderful meal. A special thank you to Rebekah for the beautiful anniversary card left in our room, and to the chef who prepared a personalised anniversary cake for us. These thoughtful touches made our celebration even more memorable. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, professional, and a real credit to the hotel. It’s clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority here. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend the Pullman Hotel Liverpool. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Stayed here with my 15 year old daughter whilst visiting an exhibition in the venue next door. Got a taxi from Lime street station as we arrived during a storm, it only cost £10 so was well worth it. Lovely welcome at reception, really friendly staff. Had room 716 with a lovely view of the docks. Really lovely bedroom with super comfy bed, despite being right opposite the lifts we were not woken once, well sound proofed rooms. We ordered room service for dinner as the weather was so bad we didn’t want to go back out. It was decent enough, only thing I would be critical on is that the chips were luke warm and they forgot sauces. Also I would have preferred the meals to have covers on as it would not only help keep the food warm but also protect it from dust etc as it makes its journey from the kitchen to the room. We would def stay here again,

We arrived late to Liverpool, Friday night into Saturday morning, due to many, many train cancellations and delays. (Our apartment was aware of this and told us they'd be available to grant access 24/7. Spoiler: They lied. ) However, the team at the Pullman Hotel couldn’t have been more accommodating. They welcomed us into the lounge area while we tried to contact our external apartment. The two bar staff and the duty manager were exemplary - warm, patient, and genuinely caring. They offered a hot chocolate for our boy who was shattered, and also offered to help call around if we needed. Their support turned a stressful situation into a much calmer experience.We’ll be staying there the next time. Thank you very, very much!! ( one of the staff was Kierra, unfortunately missed the other twos names, but they were all absolutely fantastic. )

Haven't stayed at the hotel yet, (hopefully soon) , but me and my family went for a meal many times .Food is lovely,staff is very professional. After diner we normally have a drink and enjoy Jimmy's live music.He also plays costumers requests.
