The room was comfy and it was equiped with little details that made it cozy. The staff we met were friendly and they explained to us everything very clear. The premises are very near of interest places and very good reaturants and bars. The only thing I will improve in the rooms are the bathrooms that look a bit like portable toilets. Our experience at this hotel was great!

It's a plesant Hotel and everything we needed for an overnight stay, very central and close to the city centre and would defintly stay again. We didn't eat there but a decent menu was available for breakfast and dinner.

Very clean and funky place to stay, good location, good value. Beds are comfy and well sized. Bathrooms very well thought out. The breakfast had a great selection. Free tea, coffee, water etc both in room and reception. Happy Customer

Check in was really quick got upgraded to premium room which was a nice surprise room was lovely and clean, had a iron and ironing board in the room hair dryer, tea coffee facility’s two bottles of water, hotel was close to Matthew street where the cavern bar is with lots of other bars as well close to the shops and Albert dock . Park in moorfields NCP just behind the hotel be careful as there is another car park there as well but you only get discount in the NCP carpark would definitely stay here again and recommend.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. The room was spotless. Decor very fitting for a Liverpool Hotel. We were in floor 3 ….Stawberry field . Bed really comfy and all you need for a short stay. Kettle and tea/coffee facilities, free Wi-Fi ,great size tv,powerful hairdryer. The breakfast was excellent. So many choices. Next door to a Tesco store if needed. Step out of the front door… and to the right you have the river front and to the left you head to the Cavern Quarter, Liverpool1 etc. Great security as well. But best of all was the staff who where so polite ,caring and attentive. Cannot praise them enough !! Will certainly stay here again the next time I’m back in Liverpool. Well done to the Ibis Styles staff.
