Such a great experience i had for staying here, Give my Thanks to Mr. Valentino as the Front Liner for given me a good information bout the Hotel and Facilities, nearest route to where i'm about to going to.

Great hotel in cikarang for the Accor group, one of the best locations for food and drink. But I would like to point out a few things... 2/5 for service because the restaurant for breakfast was full... The restaurant capacity is smaller than the available rooms. So we ate outside with some small flies near our food. 1/5 for room because the room is smaller. Also the shower gel on the wall is missing/empty. The cold bar was very dirty and smelly, than we went outside to get water. 5/5 Good service from receptionist, good response, very helpful. MBA MODES

the building is not good. especially I have to park through an area that smells very trashy, dirty and shabby like not maintained. I need to take the stairs from the basement to the lobby, there is no elevator from the basement. the lobby smells like a soap toilet, not impressed by the hotel. the elevator is very smelly and dirty. flies everywhere. the worst room no towels, toothbrushes and slippers only 1, no showercap, no stirrer.

Thank you to Mr Alfi who was very helpful during the check-in process in Ibis Cikarang Hotel.., I also got a room upgrade as a gold member , the room was big , clean and confortable also , next time I will return..😊🙏🙏

Oke. Writing a review for the hotel. By chance, I had to stay a night at Cikarang and I made the booking on the day itself. I didn't take the opportunity to walk around the hotel compound during my stay so I am unable to provide a better judgement for the facilities. Nevertheless, if given the opportunity again. i will consider staying at the same hotel again. The affordable pricing is definitely attractive but the outstanding points are the staff working in the hotel. At the check-in counter, Mr Alfi engaged in conversations with me while handling the check-in procedure. Which is really nice of him. I ordered in-room dining twice during my stay and I was amazed by the quality and taste. Overall the room that i had was simple, functional and clean as per my view. Sometimes in life, simple happenings can be equally fulfilling.
