Really dated hotel and definitely not a Styles. More like the Ibis Budget. Rooms were awful, cant even sit up in bed due to the overhanging feature. Only good thing was that it was next to a bowling alley so we could escape and use that. Shame as great location for us after the Channel Tunnel but needs a serious refresh.

Dirty and Tired Hotel

Very very tired and dirty hotel! Our room number 204 did not have towels when we checked in. Dirty, worn and stained carpet in the room. My wife refused to walk on it and put the towels on the floor, fortunately the room was so small it was possible to do this. No plug in the sink, No toilet brush supplied. Also the breakfast was very very poor - no scrambled egg or sausage on offer as there was on the two others i stayed at on this holiday, and the fruit was not fresh. The bread was also hard. By far the worst Ibis Styles i have ever had the misfortune to stay in! Accor you should be ashamed to include this in your Ibis styles category and indeed i have stayed at better Ibis budget hotels. Badly in need of a refurbishment.

Handy Stop oh way back for Nice

It is a pleasant hotel not too far from Calais, Stayed in 2024 on way back from Nice and staying again this year - good stop on way to Calais. Stayed here many years ago. Very pleasant staff and quiet. hopefully will not get locked out this time when we wert to a local restaurant.

A convenient location for the Eurostar Calais. Other than that ..... hmmmm !! I had been looking forward to staying here so that I could see the difference between an IBIS Budget and an IBIS Styles. And to my disappointment, I didn't really see one. The room was similar size, the bed had the same degree of comfort, the shower was adequate. Yes the TV was slightly better and the table/chair was 1 notch above ... but really, is that all. The outside space was basic, with a lot of back ground noise; but tidy and litter free. We had purchased breakfast although it started at 06:00 and we needed to be on the road by 06:05 so the manager allowed us to take our own buffet. Stewed apples were very good and the good assortment of breads. Would I stop here again ? Probably but I would also compare alternatives in this area.

Stayed for 4 nights on a Leger battlefield tour. Room was small no kettle or safe. Tiny wardrobe that used to have a door but now doesn't. Small bathroom that stank of urine and stale water. Hairdryer worked ok but the incorporated shaver socket didn't. Shower was powerful. There are 2 lamps that hang from the ceiling each side of the bed and I kept banging my head on mine which is a poor design in my book. Restaurant was for breakfast only no dinner service and bar service was quite erratic. We had to show one person how to pour a beer properly! The hotel is a little way out of town but it is on a large leisure/shopping complex and there are plenty of bars & Restaurants quite close. I guess it is ideal for a one night stopover.
