La experiencia fue muy buena como siempre. Algo para apuntar; el agua caliente debería estar a mayor temperatura ya que salía a una temperatura más baja que lo normal en hoteles de este nivel. El desayuno debería tener más cantidad y variedad de frutas. Solo por eso no pongo un 10. Después todo genial.

Avoid at all cost

Clueless management. Cold showers. Pool closed with no notice. No coffee or creamer in rooms. I notified management about missing money they could not care less. All in all a disgrace. Food and drink grossly overpriced..around 80% of the staff look miserable.

No internet connection almost for 24 horas, the breakfast/restaurant have two areas and use additional space ,this additional space the offer are not the same and you need back and forward to the main area I was there for vacation not for exercise

while getting a fairly modern flair in comparison to the colonial style hotels, unfortunately you must be ready for some drawbacks - such as inflexible and unpredictable service staff resp. fruits and pastries from previous day at breakfast.
